The first stage of any project is a discussion where we get to know about the business and the owner. During this phase, we learn about the business's goals and challenges. We also learn about your users and target audience. For brand strategy, we use a survey containing questions about your business, goals and challenges.

Based on the information you provide in the discovery, we will create mood boards (for branding) or storyboards (for motion design) which would be presented to you for approval before moving into the final phase. Using the answers you provide in the brand strategy survey, we will hold a 2-day workshop where we uncover key components of your business such as your unique selling point, target market and point of difference.

Once we have your goals and requirements defined from the information gathered in the previous stages,  we give you a brief document that summarises our discussion and outlines the path of the project then we begin crafting a tailor-made design solution for you.
